I just want to say MLD is hands down the most professional and hard working crew I have ever met. Freddie even being located in CA came out to my house in Arizona prior to install to ensure measurements and see the property. When they arrived in AZ they showed up with their beautiful equipment fully loaded for the job due to being out of state to handle this project. The crew was very impressive hard working and always constantly working on something. The project was completed in a very timely manner and very clean when they left. They even took time to cover our new pool to avoid any debris getting into the pool. Freddie along with his guys were able to meet the design expectations of what we were going towards. My wife and I are extremely impressed and excited to enjoy our beautiful custom designed oasis! Can’t thank them enough for their hard work and craftsmanship they put into our home. The cost was very impressive based on the quality of materials and the final product we received. Thank you Freddie and your crew, you guys ROCK!

Monarch Landscape and Design: What a first class, professional company. I cannot say enough! They took over halfway through someone else’s project- cement and turf, front and backyard. I was very stressed and frustrated with a previous company. Jason from Monarch was very professional, measuring and summarizing the situation that I was in, quoting extremely fair prices, on both cement driveway expansion and an enlarged walkway. No high pressure sales feelings at all – He was helpful, honest, and fair. He worked with me on all of the paperwork through the city and communicated with me throughout the process. He accommodated any special requests and changes we had along the way. The installation was on time, and perfectly executed …. Not a spec or any kind of mess was left for us to clean up-it’s beautiful! I just want to stress how important it is to higher licensed contractors and do your research on them. Save yourself the trouble! They followed all of the rules, deposits, payments, & business ethics! I highly recommend this company.

Freddie and Jason were amazing from start to finish. Jason responded quickly to my yelp request and was able to come out the day of to get measurements to give me a quote. I absolutely love that he not only double checked his measurements, he triple checked and he explained everything in detail with me. He answered any and ALL questions I had and made sure to make me comfortable with any ideas and plan he had. He is incredibly easy to get along with and actually listened to what I wanted. I told him right away that our dogs were our main priority and we wanted a yard that would be their own Disneyland. He thought about our pups in any decision/idea that was made! I let Jason know our budget and he worked within our budget. We truly got so much done for the price we were quoted by Monarch. I met with a ton of companies and Monarch gave us the best price around!

Shopped around and got multiple quotes and Monarch was easily the best from beginning to end. The owner Freddie was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. He was present and communicative throughout my upgrade and his crew was professional and punctual. I've been through this type of process many times and this is honestly my best experience. As for the quality of work and product…simply amazing. I couldn't be happier with the work, design, and the TURF! I'm already getting compliments from neighbors. Freddie took my front yard from an eye sore to something people notice. I would DEFINITELY recommend Monarch to anyone looking to reasonably meet their landscaping needs. Thank you Freddie! Until our next project…

We decided to put turf down and ended up going with Monarch Landscape and Design. Our initially blueprint was supposed to have rock on our hill, but on the first day they were going to start, their owner Freddie was honest with us and told us that the rock wouldn’t hold due to the grade of our hill. He made things right and we ended up going with ground cover on the hill. Freddie had his crew working every day and they knocked out the entire project in about a weeks time. Here are some before and after pictures of the amazing work that they did. Such a huge transformation and now my girls have so much more room to play outside.

Monarch totally changed my mind on how the correct quality artificial Turf will look and make your property look the best in your neighborhood. I wanted people to think it was real grass and their Turf blends in perfectly with your neighbors lawn while looking natural. Monarch's crew and Owner kept me informed of what to expect and most importantly, the reason why during the whole preparation and installation process. Now I can enjoy a perfectly looking landscape without stressing over the typical downside of maintaining Grass with its inherit weekly costs and labor. Thank you Monarch! Your crew was first class!

We recently hired Monarch to work on our front and backyard, and we are extremely happy with the final result and the work they did. We received quotes from three other companies, and not only was Monarch competitive, but they were also the best at communicating. This is a big deal for us when hiring contractors or any company. Freddy and Jason responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. Their crew showed up on time every day and was very professional. Our putting green and yard are top-notch, and we're officially ready for football season! Thank you, Monarch!

I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had. We found them at the home show in Victorville and asked about getting artifical grass on a hill in our yard. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They came well prepared and installed the turf. It looks amazing! I highly recommend this company and everyone who put in the work. Great Job!

Freddie and his staff did an amazing job installing artificial turf and pavers in my backyard! They had to tear out a lot of old shrubs and grass. They were professional, kept their area clean and picked up, and did the job in less than two days! They had to cut around some flagstone pavers that I had which I thought would be difficult but it wasn’t for them. This is the second time I have hired them (they installed a putting green 2 years ago) and I would definitely use them again! I highly recommend!
